I never write reviews and this will be short. This book is a game changer for me. Erin presents an organized knowledgeable review of Midterm rentals with lots of legal advise, check lists, and common sense. This information has taken the scary out of starting a business using my basement. My book is well worn from reading it so many times. Have ordered her second book and will wear it out also. Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!

I really enjoyed Erin's podcast on YouTube and wanted to be able to look up the information she was sharing. The book had large enough print for easy ready, clear chapters and direct points. Looking forward to using it as a reference.

I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture. This is a great resource for anyone considering getting into property investment, particularly midterm or even short term rental. Her advice is practical as well as entertaining.
