Leaf Spring Shackles - 0.5" LiftReplace those old, weak, factory shackles and get a little lift at the same time. This slightly longer than stock shackle will help your springs really flex to their full potential travel, while the shackle's beefy construction will reduce side to side movement. These shackles maintain stock height in the YJ model Wrangler, while they give the CJ 5 and CJ 7 Jeep models a modest 1 2" of lift in the rear.

These are ok. I'm 5'6", 150lbs. I got a large. The colors are fun. The waist band is comfortable, fits well, doesn't dig in, and sits high enough to not affect a my C-section scar, but they constantly ride up.
